Job Description
Develop the business development strategy and budget for Oleochemicals in the geography.
Identify new business opportunities through market, customer and competitor analysis.
Contribute to the annual business planning process through accurate revenue forecasting for the sales of oleochemicals in the geography.
Budget overall spends and allocate spend levels to targeted current and new customers.
Interact with new and existing customers to conduct business development discussions and negotiate pricing, service level agreements etc.
Incorporate process improvements in the business development processes.
Ensure continuous tracking and timely submission of the business development MIS.
Interface with the R&D and CI business partner as well as global operations head and relevant manufacturing head to communicate customer feedback and response based on business development.
