Performance Management, Manpower Planning • Manage & run the Recruitment Process for Exempt Hiring • Development of Recruitment Vendors as channel partners for Hiring • Sourcing of profiles through various channels according to business requirements. • Model the organization’s core values, operating principles, and philosophies in hiring.
2. Training & Development • Markets the Training function by regularly communicating the outcome of training initiatives • Implements and monitors the employee ‘development’ programmes • Plans, implements and monitors core training activities including Induction/Orientation, Grooming, Hygiene Training, Health and Safety Training • Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Training Budget, in cooperation with the Human Resources team etc.
