HR activities of the plant
Human Resources- Partner with the Head-HR in implementing HR processes related to performance management, rewards & recognition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits and employee policies.
Industrial Relations – Employee welfare, grievance handling, handling all statutory compliances, strategize and ensure proactive amicable industrial relations, design and implement plant communication mechanisms, maintain employee discipline to maximize productivity, create environment for reducing absenteeism.
P & A – Recruit and induct associates such that they are high performing, wages and salary administration and support plant activities for optimizing productivity.
