*Responsible for language, soft skills and sales
*Support training for Customer Care Representatives in language, soft skills & sales as per standards set by client
*Responsible for identifying performance gaps in area of language,softskills,sales
*Responsible for devising & implementing a measurement system for language & sales effectiveness level from entry to exit
*Calibrating & certifying, Voice, Sales Trainers & Soft Skill Training as and when required
*Min 12 months experience required
