Job Description
* Conduct Training sessions in Personality Development as per Developmental plans.
* Travel to places out of Chennai/India as required and meet the roles assigned from time to time and conduct/attend specific training sessions as considered necessary by the Supervisor / Senior Management.
* Conduct extensive research and update Training Material and Certification programs as an ongoing responsibility.
* Participate actively in Process enhancements and other Departmental / Organization wide responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor / Senior Leadership. Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure accurate and timely reports on all the training activities.
* Work closely with Supervisor in sharing overall responsibility of all Developmental training needs in the company and develop & implement all such plans deemed necessary for the organization.

Skills
Graduates with 3 + years of experience in Soft Skills training.
* Strong Language Skills Flexibility to timings (24/7)
* Good experience of making Developmental Sessions/lectures Ability to inspire and lead our Associates/TLs/CMs/AMs in developmental areas Ability to Plan and facilitate external Training if needed.
