Skills
1. Should have 6-7 years experience in the field of training for soft skills and management development programs
2. In last tenure should have organized training programs and conducted sessions himself
3. Possess good leadership and communication skills.
4. Have a good data-base of training institutes and their programs
5. Have suitable training material to start off immediately
6. He should be able to join in 10-15 days.
7. Telecom companies candidiates will be preferable
