1.Should possess 10-20 years experience in technical training for engineering companies, fabrication products etc.

2.Industry functional exposure of 10 years

3.Will be responsible for running the internal training institute of our organization. (PIFT- Pranav Institute of formwork Technology)

4.Assessment of Training Needs for Factory and Staff.

5.Designing and developing training programs, methodology, course coverage and content etc.

6.Preparing Annual Training Calendar for the Institute

7.Contribution to HR team while designing training plan.

8.Conducting technical training. Develop internal trainers and also build the team of Trainers for PIFT.

9.Evaluate, monitor the quality of training programs and trainer’s performance. Creating learning culture in the organization.

10.Maintain Training MIS.
