• Configuring, Managing and troubleshooting Secure Gateway, Citrix Web Interface, Citrix Licensing, STA, Zone data collectors and SQL data store
• Configuring, managing and troubleshooting Resources, Network and Installation Manager, Citrix policies and Server/Application load management issues.

• Managing and administering Citrix environment.
• Remediating reported problems in the environment.
• Managing TS License server and related infrastructure.
• Managing and administering Citrix Access gateway
• Managing Citrix licensing server and Web interface servers.
• Packaging applications using Citrix IM.
