Manages multiple projects and ensure OTIF
Control overall technical scope, project plans, project costs & timelines, provide project status reports
Intervene into potential challenges like new investments, capacity/resource constraints, delays, cost overruns, cross functional conflicts
Drive implementation of new investments, upgradations, capacity creations etc.
Control client communication, participate in telecons
Ensure that customer complaints are resolved.
Process improvement and standardisation in templates/documents/formats in projects management, winning RFPs, MIS etc.
Monitor Budget v/s actual performance, profitability, Forecast, Project P&L, Contracts Management,
Identify opportunities for developing new business with existing customers and develop the road map for the same.
Guide the team to review RFP, RFIs.
Review costing in terms of scope, assumptions, investments to challenge the costing for best proposal
Handle customer visits, corporate presentations, business discussions and follow up
Prepare business plan for developing new capabilities, investments and offerings
