Roles and Responsibilities
•AMC: EPABX, Aqua guard (yearly), 7Computers, Generator, AC, UPS, access control.
•Computers - printer cartridge (new and re-filling), printing paper, computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, ram, motherboard, hard-disk, cabinet.
•Apply for Meal card.
•Order Tea/Coffer powder and monthly rental for vending machine
•Open bank account of new employees.
•Order new ID card, Access card, Tag
•Business cards for employees
•Order gift vouchers.
•Arranging for Cleaning items(vim-bar, phenyl, collin, paper napkins, poly bags)
•Stationary - Book, Pen, company letter head, company envelope,
•Order Cylinder for generators.
•Certificates - on the spot, monthly, quarterly any other.
•Gifts - T-shirt, Cap, diary, carry bag, momentos
•Kitchen - replace Glass, plate, cup, spoon, fork whenever necessary.
•Update website contents - every quarter.
•Plan for outdoor lunches, fun outings.
•Put Awards print-out on notice board.
•Vendor management, handling invoice, petty cash.
•Collecting daily mails, couriers, and fax, dispatching them to concern department or person.
