KLT Automotives & Tubular Products a 600 crore turnover & having ambitious growth plan on the card is looking for Candidates for the position of AGM/ Senior Manager HR & Administration for its Palghar plant having more then 800 workforce including contract labour. . The Candidate would be involved in
1 Plant Personnel & Administration including IR activities
2. Contract Labour Management
3. Recruitment & Selection for Plant Level Employees.
4. Coordinating Corporate HR Activities & execution of Corporate directives.
5. Public Relations & Government Liaising.

Skills
The Candidate should be a Graduate/Post Graduate with a relevant work experience of 12 to 15 years in the entire Gamut of HR.The Candidate must have worked in Plant and having hands on experience on the above mentioned role that to off Engineering or steel industry. and he should be well versed with Marathi Language.
