Job Description
Prospective Applicant Should:
1) Have worked in Auto/Auto components Industry
2) Have sound knowledge on Assembly Operations
3) Have exposure to assemblies such as Rear Transmision, Transmission Case, Subasemblies, Differential etc
4) Have hands on experience in handling Assembly and power tools
5) Have experience in analyzing Assembly Line stoppages, trouble shooting and releasing the bottlenecks
6) Have used various problem solving techniques to resolve assembly and quality related problems
7) Have experience in forecasting, Model Mix Production, Production Planning
8) Have experience of managing materials within the assembly shop, Material Handling
9) Have experience in maintenance of machines and assembly lines
10) Have been involved in time and motion study, workstation design
11) Have worked(Retired /Serving) in industries such as TATA MOTORS, Maruti, Volvo, TKM, Hyundai Motors etc.
