Skills: GSM/ CDMA technology
Experience: 5Yrs to 9 Yrs
Education: BE/ B Tech / ME/ M Tech
Job Nature: Permanent
Work Location: Mumbai
The incumbent should fulfil the below criteria:
• Instruct Technology and O&M courses.
• Meet or exceed quality standards for information delivery as defined in processes and measured by student satisfaction questionnaires and other data collection methods.
• Modify the training modules in response to customer feedback and other assessments.
• Represent Alcatel-Lucent in the delivery of Information Products, insuring that customer issues brought to them are resolved. Communicate technical information accurately and in a way that is relevant to the work of end-user groups.
• Communicate technical information, including using visual communication techniques.
• Apply techniques to enable clear and accurate communication in global markets.
• Prepare and present internal communications.
• Demonstrate effective instructor skills.
• Adapt communication/presentation style and learning environment to meet the learning needs of individual students.
• Report any contingency affecting plans in a timely manner.

Skills
Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
• Basic telecommunications knowledge.
• Product knowledge at the component or feature level and its application in the CDMA and/or GSM network (ZTE/ Motorola/ Huawei)
• Knowledge of the product-related work operations of at least one end-user group (examples: installer, operator,
Maintenance technician, etc.).
• Ability to work independently, and as a member of a cross-functional team.
