Media / online sales background
3-4 years experience in online ad sales/ Internet sales exp in the past is preferred.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment
Excellent communication /negotiating /closing skills with customers /prospects
Aggressive, great attitude, organizational skills and a self-starter
