Accountable for achieving Sales targets for a city / location through Direct efforts or through assigned relationships (DSA / Of rolls resources).
Market the assigned products and grow the business through existing and new relationships.
Development of channels for provision of the highest level of service
Achieve the sales budgets set for a channel or group of channels
Build and manage direct and indirect sourcing channels, Alternate channels, Tele-Sales to achieve the required channel and product mix
Grow the existing channels and develop alternate sourcing channels, Tele-Sales channels and referral channel to meet the current and future business projections
Manage profitability – Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels..
Develop locations to deliver the optimum throughput and identify new business opportunities.
Mentoring of sub-ordinates
Skills
Experience in managing channels and FOS , geographical experience would be an advantage
Knowledge of Mortgages business is mandatory. Exception only for very deserving candidate
