Responsibilities:
Sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers and carry a sales quota.
Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
Develop a set of high growth accounts and channel network to expand the market presence in the assigned territory.
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of solution value propositions specific to different industries in the territory.
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Bachelor degree/BTech/MBA or equivalent
Minimum 4+ years field sales experience in Corporate organizations/Government with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience need only apply.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills.
Prior experience in industries like Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Retail or Healthcare would be an addedadvantage
Meet the Sales quota annually and for the quarter from the territory/accounts designated requiring independent judgment.
A self starter with entrepreneurial spirit highly recommended and the willingness to get down to creating a business from first principles & closing transactions directly.
Ability to work with partners/channel would be an added advantage
Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record.
Interactions with C level and relationships at C level a must. Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
Travel will be required.
