DUTIES:
• Handling Corporate Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition for the Business Centre Division.
• Weekly meetings with Real Estate Agents, forming solid business relationships with them.
• Ask for and manage the referral process actively pursuing each business lead to result in an office or virtual sale.
• Set and achieve referral and conversion targets.
• Visit building tenants, providing awareness about our services.
• Visit other industries including business development companies and consultants who could provide future referrals.
One to Two years of relevant experience in a sales role preferably with a Hotel / Airlines / Service Industry .
• Evidence of B2B relationship development, account management or sales representative experience.
• Previous employment in a multi-national corporation preferred.
