EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE • Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent experience • 6-8 years of experience in Information Technology, with a significant portion focused in document and content management solution development. • Demonstrated experience with business analysis, system integration and implementation of emerging technologies is required. • Relevant work experience with multiple products including Microsoft SharePoint, OpenText Livelink (including workflow design) and CoreDossier (or eCTD based electronic submissions solution) • ASP, .NET programming experience a plus. • Knowledge of document management standards in GxP environment and SDLC best practices. • Strong business and customer orientation skills. • Attitudes to motivate and build strong relationships with business and IT colleagues • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English is required. • Advanced knowledge of Computer Systems Validation, particularly in pharmaceutical environment • Understanding of GxP standards and FDA’s 21 CFR p11 requirements • Advanced knowledge of standard Windows based environments, MS Office 2003 & 2007, Adobe
