*Solving technical issues over the phone.
*Involves handling Inbound Calls.
*Involves resolving customer queries.
Customer Support : Solving queries for US/UK/customers and handling inbound calls..
Sub-Functions: Accounts, Finance, Insurance, Banking, Collections.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
*Provide back-office support for client in terms of Accounts receivables, Payables,
*Preparation of a Fair Debt Collection.
*Obtaining all information required to complete the data entry into the Default Management System..
*Solving the quiries for customer interms of Accounts, Banking, Insurance.

* 2009 awaiting results are elegible without any backlogs.
